What to include

• your Mailshade version and browser version;
• the webmail service you were using;
• what you expected and what happened instead; and
• short reproduction steps, if the issue can be repeated.

Please remove private message content from screenshots. Do not send passwords, license keys, payment details, full inbox URLs, or complete email bodies.

Product scope

Mailshade supports its published browser editions and the free Safari edition for macOS with Safari 26 or later. Each supported webmail service is enabled separately and requires its own site-access grant.
